Frequently asked questions
What counts as an active child profile?
An active child profile is any child account that has logged in or had a checkout, hold, or reading session in the current billing month. Inactive profiles are not counted toward your tier cap.
What happens if we exceed our profile cap?
Additional active child profiles are billed at $0.05 per profile per month. You will never lose access — overages are applied automatically on the next invoice.
Can we add more admin seats?
Yes. Additional admin seats beyond your tier allocation are $25 per seat per month, available on any plan.
Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a guided pilot program for qualifying libraries. Contact us to discuss trial options tailored to your library system.
How does library system integration work?
LittleLibrary Lane connects to your ILS via SIP2, NCIP, or modern REST APIs. Our onboarding team works directly with your IT staff to configure the connection, typically completed within a week.
Is there a contract or commitment?
All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. Annual billing is available at a 15% discount.
